Search for ConChair 2026!

Do you love Penguicon and want to help shape its future? We’re now accepting applications for the 2026 ConChair.

The ConChair is the person who sets the vision, builds the team, manages the budget, coordinates planning, and helps make sure everything runs smoothly from now through con weekend (and a little beyond). You don’t do it alone, but you are the one at the helm.

What’s involved?

As ConChair, you’ll:

• Recruit and lead the Con Committee (ConCom)
• Oversee the convention budget and planning process
• Secure Guests of Honor
• Run ConCom meetings and give monthly updates to the Board
• Guide the event from kickoff to close, including during the con itself!

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. Interviews will be held virtually (we’ll contact you to schedule), and applications close June 30, 2025.
