Penguicon’s Organizational Operations Subcommittee is looking for volunteers to help with the following:

• Organize and inventory the storage unit
• Write policies and procedures
• Find sponsorships for the upcoming convention
• Build relationships with vendors and other organizations

The board of directors established the Organizational Operations Subcommittee to support long-term organizational goals. This is the group of people that are responsible for laying a foundation for future ConChairs to build their conventions on. We do things like track the physical assets of the organization, write and maintain policies, establish and manage business relationships with organizations, and find sponsorships to fund our events. As we approach the 2026 convention, there is plenty of work to do. 

We meet on the second Monday of each month on Zoom to discuss our current projects, and meetings are open to all interested parties. If you are interested, and even if you only have 30 min of time to donate, please reach out to me at [email protected]
