Never, ever, ever invite a GoH on your own volition.

Leave it to the Track Heads, or approach the Track Heads if you feel your
better-qualified to do the invite.  Your respective Track Head can then go
to Matt, and that way Matt doesn't have an army of Penguins all demanding
that people from their sphere of interest be invited as GoH's.
