Yea!  You and I both agree on this!  :)

However, Mr. Programming Boy clams that since every time you change a page
it queries the db again ("performs another search") that he IS complying
with our rule, despite the fact that it doesn't appear that that way to the
end-user.

I'm afraid that we've set up a "do the rules apply to the way the site is *
programmed* or the way it *appears*" issue... and I want to go with the way
it appears to the end-user because I don't get to see their code and
wouldn't understand it if I could.
