[penguicon-general] Creative Commons Discount for Program Participants

Sure, feedback is fine, I'm just saying we don't need to base the discounts
on the feedback.  Also, who wants to go through all those sheets?  Collect
all that data?  Put it to good use?  Kepp track of them while at the con?
 Produce them in the first place?  Are you volunteering?
