Put a big box by the dealer's room.  Everyone gets into that.  Better 
yet, this Con is suppose to be connected. a CGI form on the website to 
vote on panels.  People log in with a a badge number.  Samew deal with 
paper ballots, badge number exclude ballot stuffing.
