Agreed.  We've all sat through our share of un-prepared presenters.  Also, it needs to be made clear to the presenter that if he/she states their session is at a particular level (novice, expert, etc.) then they need to keep it at that level.  To often I've attended a presentation, supposedly for novices, that are anything but.
