To be fair to Matt, I think that's already the case. My understanding is that
if someone is a GOH or is invited as a Nifty, they may present on what they
want, period, (unless their doing so would cause some kind of
legal/health/moral problems with the hotel or community). I saw the white
paper proposal as directed only to "ordinary" con members who might be
interested in presenting.
