I'll accept that as a friendly amendment, thanks.  That fact also suggests to 
me that it's important to tailor the convention's policy--whatever that turns 
out to be--to meet our objectives.  Do we want to attract more people to be 
on panels?  More different ideas for panels?  Depending on the goal, 
providing the right incentives may require very different policies.
