Gmail is an interesting system, and works pretty well.

I hope that everyone using it realizes the fact that Google is keeping
your mail *forever*.  Given this attribute, it's going to be an
irresistible for our government to snoop around, replete with gag
orders ala the PATRIOT act.

I hope no one will use Gmail for sensitive things, but thats 
impossible.
