[penguicon-general] does anyone have an opinion?

I'm not willing to spend anything, it's work's budget and I suspect they're
going to do research before they decide what they're going to spend.

The end intent is to be making our own videos to embed into out web
page(s).  I am currently unaware if we would be wanting any quality better
than web broadcast quality.
