[penguicon-general] Looking for a roommate or room

Heyla, Matt!

I'm looking to sublet my place in Ann Arbor, and the landlords are quite
sane, if a lease assumption was a good match.  I suspect you'd need a
roommate to make ends meet, but if you find a roommate whose primary balk is
that they need to be in or near Ann Arbor, mine is a 2 bedroom on the
buslines, near the public library, a bookstore, and a variety of places of
food, with quite sane landlords.  I pay $760 a month, and it would likely be
$735 a month without cats.

FWIW, YMMV, etc.
