[penguicon-general] Reported website issue (from yesterdays meeting)

I'm sorry, I replied to the wrong email.

I hadn't considered pulling just on an occasional basis (rather than every
single page load)... the idea has a lot of merit... and if it's done often
enough it will still be very up-to-date information. There's no reason it
can't be done.
