[penguicon-general] Reported website issue (from yesterdays meeting)

They expressly approve of pulling down from the site directly. Were I to
guess, it is the methodology with which its being done... I've been having
no such problems with mine, nor has the various other sites I've seen that
pull the journal to their content.
Also, the problem yesterday existed when going directly to other pages, not
the main page. Specifically, hotel.php, events.php, celebrities.php. I tried
all... both through the hotel wireless and through my cellular network...
both had seemingly endless waits.
Just wanted to let ya know.
