Please don't pencil me opposite Tom Smith or Randall Munroe ;-)
Panel is specific to Ubuntu bug triage procedures. User level is beginner
(seriously.. you only need to run Ubuntu and know how to use a web
browser... and running Ubuntu is even optional)
