[penguicon-general] Ribbons

This is a note from your friendly neighborhood Superhero-Girl. Ribbon orders
are due the first week of March. This is a hard deadline (which means it
won't be extended) because I'll be compiling and sending it out during my
spring break. The post detailing ribbony goodness is
