[penguicon-general] 2008 Penguicon Room Parties

In Case you haven't heard, the Hilton is basically booked solid right now.
There might be a spare room or two left if you call right now.  Sorry for
the late notice, but we had to make sure certain folks had a chance to
reserve rooms before the announcement was made to the general lists.

Here's the deal - if you DO happen to have a room reserved, or are able to
get one before they run out, we can still move your room over to the party
block.

There are currently 6 rooms in the party block, approximately, mostly King,
some smoking and some non.  These are not, however, extra reserved rooms.
You must already have a reservation to get into the party block.

Please email me if you have a room and you want to make it a party room!
Even if you are not sure what kind of party you might want to have, I can
help!  Obviously, it is not a small commitment, but it can be a very
awesomely fun one, so give it some thought everyone.

P.S.  I'll be sending the updated info to my party list tomorrow on
confirmed parties and tentative assigned room numbers, so keep your eyes
open.  My room party list contains many names of people who may have no
interest in being on the list; just let me know if you want to be removed
and I'll take care of it.
