I would like to propose the following for the tech track:

Easy Websites with Drupal

Drupal is a massive, complex content management system that can completely
overwhelm a new user.  It's also one of the fastest ways to get a dynamic,
interactive site up and keep it maintained.  Clay Dowling shows
participants how this fearsome looking monster is actually a simple and
friendly content management package that makes it easy to set up a
website.

Estimated time about 50 minutes.  A projector will be required.
