[penguicon-general] Penguicon 7: May 2-4, 2009?

Just some things to keep in mind...

It's after finals for U of M and Wayne State, local universities.
We're moving it away from Notacon, which is the first week in April.
We're not having it ontax day, or Easter, or Passover.

Every weekend is going to be a bad choice
