[penguicon-general] Board Meeting on Saturday, Ypsilanti

The Board of Directors of Penguicon will meet from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Saturday, November 17 at 5675 Big Pine Drive, Ypsilanti, MI  48197.
Carpooling is available along the I-75 to I-94 route.

The current Board members are Chuck Child (Board President), Jordan
Malokofsky (Board Treasurer), Garrett Kajmovicz, Tracy Worcester, and
Steve Gutterman.

Agenda:
1) Old business: Create a set budget for advertising, to be passed
down year to year?
2) Old business: Select a Board Secretary.
3) Reject or approve the budget.
4) Elect a 2009 Conchair.
5) Create a formal officer position to handle web site administration?
6) Make a disclaimer/waiver for PenguiCon?
