Look at http://dean.edwards.name/weblog/2005/03/ie-emulator/ for 
some info on this.  It looks like java script which fools sites into thinking
that the browser is ie?  This is for firefox but is likely to work elsewhere.

Offhand, this does not sound very good to me...  (but its a start if you
really need it)
