[penguicon-general] Asian Themed Webcomic Panel

Do you mean "Asian Themed Webcomics" or like a webcomics panel about Asian
webcomics?

I think the concept of an Asian theme is a little too general, but then this
is the Japanese major in me talking. This is also the person in me who spent
he past week at an Asian film festival seeing movies from eastern Russia,
Mongolia, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines as well China,
Japan, and Korea. I can think of a few really great Indian webcomic artists
out there, if Asia is including India.
