lol, ya know we probably could do that, although it would involve the extra
step of squeezing the water out of the eggplant slices after they've been
doused with salt for a little bit.  If you would like to bring eggplant and
see how it tastes grilled that way, feel free, but you may want to get it on
the grill before the meat touches it.....
