My company in Farmington Hills is hiring again. It's a great company to work
for, and to prove it I've been here 5 years. The positon is for Monday
through Friday 9 am to 6 pm, however during training it will be 8-5. If

Position: Full-Time Customer Care Phone Representative
Reports To: Customer Care Manager
Position Summary
To perform various customer service related responsibilities within the
Customer Care Department.
Responsibilities include:
Provide courteous and professional service to all customers at all
times.
Timely response to incoming calls from customers.
Troubleshooting of customer problems over the phone and in person
with walk-in customers.
Regular communication and follow-up with customers regarding current
status and resolution of open issues.
Maintain detailed call records with our Clientele call tracking
program.
Become proficient in knowing the MLS rules, regulations, policies and
procedures.
Input of listings and/or status changes.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Ability to work under pressure. Teamwork is essential.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, printers, Internet
Explorer, etc.
5. Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. High school diploma.
2. Customer Service skills required. Experience in a help desk
environment helpful.
3. Experience in the Real Estate industry helpful.
