Rob?

Im sure, somewhere, somehow, you have the best interests of Penguicon at
heart.

Apparently here, and now is not one of those places.

In the last two months I have seen you spread, on this list, more sarcasm,
personal rudeness, insults, evasions, and aggression than any single other
person.

Including Jer.

If you honestly, truly, and in reality care about Penguicon, filter
yourself, and your words. Stop driving off the new blood and energy that
drives our Con. Understand that that new blood and energy matters much
more than anything I have seen you post on this list. Matters much more
than anything I have seen you contribute to Penguicon in the two years I
have been working with it.

Honestly, new blood and enthusiasm is what matters MOST to Penguicon right
now, and flame wars, insult fests, and generally slamming people for their
opinions, as I regularly see you do here, does more damage to those areas
than I think you can possibly imagine. At the rate Penguicon is currently
sending tried and true ConCom and staff into retirement, we seem to need to
replace a full quarter of them yearly.

Every time one of your vitriol packed posts shoots across this board,
blasting another dedicated person for daring to have opinions differing from
yours, I see momentum wane, opinions shift away from Penguicon, and
volunteers second guess working with us. Every time I see that happen, I
worry more and more for our future.

If you do indeed care about Penguicon, please stop destroying our must
important assets, namely enthusiasm and willing volunteers.

If not, by all means, return some more responses filled with aggression,
sarcasm, and general mean spiritedness.

It's what you always do.
