The hotel is happy to let us use their TV channel to display music and
short films that we provide. The channel will play on their big-screen
TV in the lobby, and in hotel rooms.

I would like that to include the films which are playing in the Oak
Room: "When Things Get Small", "Cellular Visions", Charlie Stross'
"Rogue Farm", "In The Pirkinning", "Saving Star Wars", "Maybe Logic",
and "InZer0".

I also have a huge playlist of music that sounds technological,
global, and futuristic from all around the internet, the Epcot Center
courtyard, science museums, and similar venues. It includes the themes
from SF TV like "Earth: Final Conflict", "Ghost In The Shell: Stand
Alone Complex", "Stargate: Atlantis", etc. For a couple of years I
have collected them as the sort of music which reminds me of the
feeling of excitement and optimism about the future at Penguicon. I
would really like for this energy to be the soundtrack of our lobby.

Freon, from your experience of work in Radio Free Fandom, tell me, am
I supposed to provide the hotel with a stack of DVDs or what?

Aaron, can we hook up a video camera into this channel when it's not
playing other things?

-Matt
