[penguicon-general] HTML tatoo

We could have a Penguicon "Geeky Tattoo Contest."

Let the audience vote on geeky tattoos and use an overhead to make them look
big. Or just like an art show.

Yeah, I'm a dork (who likes tattoos).

And, dude, I so want a penguicon temporary tattoo. The yung'uns
(teeagerishes) would have a field day with them. I've seen that happen
before.
