[penguicon-general] Penguicon Ribbons.

Not these Greek letters. I'm looking to replace my requested text with
what appears on the golden apple of Eris:

If they have Microsoft Word, it usually comes with a Greek letter
font, so this wouldn't need to be a pictorial image.
