[penguicon-general] Big first names on nametags

There are so many personalities at con, I think it's great for them to have
lots of choices.  Frankly, people will do what they want with the badges
anyway.  It's nice to be able to read the names, but there will always be
plenty of people that just want to have fun with it, and that's awesome,
too.  This is Penguicon.  I doubt it'll end up being "mandatory" but more of
an added option if we do end up being able to print the badges in cool and
different ways.
