[Penguicon-General] Former GoHs

Eugene was indeed a full Guest Of Honor, and receives lifetime
membership. He expressed interest at the end of 3.0 in returning as a
Nifty, and we often mention in concom meetings how great it would be
if he took us up on that. I've had no luck contacting him, so if you
would do so, that would be wonderful.
