[penguicon-general] I can't heal my laptop on my own

But I don't have a legal copy of XP Pro and can't afford to buy one right
now.  I do have a legal copy of Win64 so that's what I'm aiming for after
Linux.  Hopefully I'll be able to live in Ubuntu with very few exceptions,
like the work site that will only play with IE right now.
