Cool.  The PCHDTV cards do both ATSC HDTV and SDTV, but the SDTV tuner
is just a framegrabber, so you'll need a fast enough CPU to do
whatever compression you want to use in real time, as well as
decompression (for live TV).  It's not hard to find such stuff these
days, but C3s, for instance, can't do that.
