[penguicon-general] open call for programming

No, other management politics.  {written 100 times on the blackboard} I will
not bitch about ren faire politics on the Penguicon General board.
{/written}  I will only say that faires are a dictatorship and not a
democracy and the fact that the owner ares making money from the vendors by
leasing back to them the booth they are required to build and maintain was a
stroke of pure genius on someone's part.

Please, talk about cons now.  Talking about faire makes this all feel so
non-political.  :)
