Only if Jennie Breeden is there with he infamous leafblower... The
wool does not permit a horizontal breeze to provide any relief, it
holds body heat in quite well, and heat rises... the kilt, of course,
is only open at the bottom, so all that heat stays in remarkably well.
At the wedding (for which the kilt was made and first worn), I
survived by finding a floor-mounted air conditioning vent blowing
upwards. :-D
