[penguicon-general] open call for programming

Actually, I really like the kilt idea. A lot of women in Fandom like kilts
or men in kilts and a lot of men seem to enjoy the attention and oppertunity
for the liberation of the kilt. If no one volunteers, I have a friend I can
ask to do it. (He does the 9-yard kilt you fold into pleats and wear like
awesome.)
