[penguicon-general] Stuff for the Junk war.

This probably should have been on the reminder but there will be a buttload
of open SODA.  I say soda in all caps because there will be no COLA.  We
will have plenty of regular cola at Penguicon, but we decided to switch it
up for cafe penguicon.  One of the flavors is Blasted Bill's Blue Bubble Gum
Blast, which we debuted at Youmacon, and it went over really well.  The
other is a surprise!  Yes, both are caffeinated!
