Founding them is easy.  _Sustaining_ them is hard.  (I may have been the 
driving force behind _starting_ a lot of craziness at Penguicon, but Tracy's 
the reason it's still around after all this time.)

Which turns out to have a significant "peanut" nature, by the way.  Not a bad 
thing to put in chocolate, but not what one expects from a hot sauce.
