[penguicon-general] Liquid Nitrogen IceCream

I added about a tablespoon of chipotle chilli powder to the mix.  Gave
the chocolate a nice warmth.  The smokiness of the Chipotle is a nice
flavor to add to chocolate.

With the LN2, it seems best to use powdered or liquid flavorings.
We've added fresh fruit and such to the mix, but the results are not
always predictable from a flavor standpoint due to the flash-freezing.
 So, using powdered ginger rather than fresh ginger will work better,
even if it's wouldn't be the better ingredient in traditionally made
ice cream.
