[penguicon-general] Penguicon Ribbons.

I need to change the colors on one: Please make the five "Chaos
Dispenser" ribbons be gold ink on gold ribbons! That's right, gold on
gold! Also, do they do Greek letters for free, or only the normal
latin alphabet? Thanks.
