And she's the one who volunteered to do a "how to make sushi" panel, did that 
fall through the cracks too?

Mark Miller can do LN2 ice cream.  I'll happily stop by and help out, but my 
schedule's likely to be a bit full.

Mark and I can train people on friday, though.  We've both done lots and lots 
and lots of this...
