[penguicon-general] Liquid Nitrogen IceCream

Well, I have the phase seperator and the stainless steel hose.  And I
will ensure that a tank of LN2 is on site for the con.  We just need a
willing person or two to manage making ice cream.  It's fun, it's
crazy, and I had a blast doing it at Youmacon.  If I wasn't conchair,
I'd so be there.
