Well maybe I didn't have to but I did do it for Penguicons own good.

On the website in the past there was a small little envelope at the top of each page.
The purpose of said envelope was so that you could send link to the
current page to someone you know so they could also read said page.
The web form that the envelope took you to required both your email address and the
recipients email address and it had a space of your comments to the recipient. 

To make a long story/explanation short, I disabled this feature today out of
the necessity to keep Penguicon off  of the worlds spam lists as spammers where using
this webform to spam everyone in existance.

As soon as I find a way to turn this feature back on so that it can be used for
the good that it is ment to be used for I will, but in the mean time it must remain turned
off for the good of Penguicon.
