[penguicon-general] Subversion Panel

Marshall Newrock volunteered me for the subversion panel, so you can
change the status on your schedule from "looking for a victim" to
"volunteer found".

My plans for the presentation:

* General overview of source control for the uninitiated
* Introduction to the most common subversion commands - update, commit
* More in-depth look at some cool features like keywords.
* Using Subversion in mixed environments, esp with tools like Tortoise SVN
* The intersection of version control and bug tracking - including
demonstration of a live subversion/bug tracking appliance.

That's a pretty high level description, and I'll obviously refine it
later.  If there are any suggestions please forward them to me.
