O.k.  I will add you as co-host on the Asian pantry.   Im not sure what area
you live in, but there is an amazing "asia mart" on the corner of Rochester
road and Long Lake (18 mi) in Troy that I think well of.

Eric?  Howard?  Wanna do a hot sauce tasting?

LN2 Ice cream is happening, nad you are correct, I should include it in the
food track lineup.

Chupaquesoes I know nothing about, except their basic composition (cheese
fried cheese wrapped in cheese, as I recall).   Anyone planning on doing
them?
