[penguicon-general] Food track - Take 2

One sugestion there would be a video camera with a direct feed to the
TV in the consuite.  However, if it's not raining (or worse) there is
plenty of space outside for such things.  There's the patio area
outside the assembly area, and there is the gazebo out by the
Deathstar sculpture.
