[penguicon-general] Job Posting

I believe that if you re-read the description the enthusiasm is referring
back to the position itself. It's like they need someone who can be gung-ho
about the job just about all the time. You don't have to be "up" and
"hyper" 24/7, but someone who can display a great enthusiasm for what they
do and even look forward to it is quite what I'm sure they're looking for.

Honestly, where I work if you're not going to love your job and tell
everyone you know just how much you love it, we don't want to hire you.
It's a very small company and while we know that everyone has bad days and
sucky days and grumpy days if you can not over all tell people "my gods,
this is like the best job I've ever had and I'm working with the best
people!!!!" then you're really not a good fit.

(because working with a good hunk of your heart-family is a truly amazing
experience)
