[penguicon-general] A couple of thoughts about programming

The name PenguiCon isn't misleading, even if there are things other
than linux/oss and sci-fi happening.

There's no need for the descriptor to narrow the focus or limit the
sponsored activities.  In fact, the lack of limitation is what seems
to attract many people to the con.  It certainly does me.
