Note too that we haven't *added* new tracks yet; we're just discussing them.
I'd rather see this group discuss odd, even outlandish and inappropriate,
ideas for programming and then decide, "That isn't right for Penguicon" than
to start rejecting ideas out of hand by saying "That's not within the spirit
of Penguicon".
