If you do a bit of linguistic legerdemain and interpret "whipped cream"
as "heavy/whipping cream", there's a lot of cool stuff you can do with it.
Like demonstrating how to make your own dessert topping that's infinitely
preferable to the canned stuff. Or making things like pastry fillings.
Or cream sauces -- alfredo is what one usually thinks of, but things
get really interesting when you add a bit of vodka to the mix.
This could get crazy. Fire could be involved. If the piping bags come
out, all bets are off.

If that's not a title that's appropriate for this conference, then I
don't know what is.
