Posting to this list is one great way to volunteer.  Seriously, there won't be 
a better one until the Programming Czar for Penguicon 6.0 has been chosen, 
and then you can e-mail him or her directly.  

If the Programming head has been chosen already, by the way, somebody please 
feel free to correct me.  :-)
